Meet our providers.

Dr. Mohammad Entezari-Taher
Dr. Mohammad Entezari-Taher obtained his medical degree from the University of Tehran School of Medicine in 1987. He completed a residency in the department of neurology for the same university and Pahlavi Hospital in 1989. Dr. Taher then took his studies abroad, and completed fellowships in various neurological disciplines at the University of British Columbia. He then came to the University of Utah, where he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and Neurology from 1996-2000.
Dr. Taher has practiced neurology with Neurological Associates since 2000. He maintains double board certification with the American Board of Electro-diagnostic Medicine and American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.

Dr. Taher’s extensive international medical experience has helped him garner the respect of medical professionals throughout the world. His passion for excellence and continual learning has equipped him with the ability to provide first-class medical services.

Dr. Christopher J. Reynolds
Dr. Christopher J. Reynolds obtained his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1982. He began practicing general medicine in 1983 for the National Health Service Corps. Dr. Reynolds then practiced as an urgent care physician for LDS Hospital InstaCare clinics in Salt Lake City, before completing a residency in neurology at the University of Utah School of Medicine.

Dr. Reynolds opened a private neurology practice in 1992, which has grown to include practices in American Fork, Payson, and Orem. Since that time he has also expanded his medical expertise to include the practice of sleep medicine.
​
Dr. Reynolds is double board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Reynolds excels at properly diagnosing and treating neurological and sleep conditions, and has helped thousands of people regain a full quality of life.

Bradley Andrew, PA-C
Bradley Andrew completed his Master of Physician Assistant studies at Rocky Mountain University in Billings, Montana in 2006. ​His favorite thing about neurology is helping people find solutions. Brad is passionate about helping patients navigate their diagnosis. He is a great listener and enjoys getting to know his patients.
Brad is the co-founder of the Lehi Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace; A non-profit that provides beds for children who do not have beds. Their motto is "No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!"
He has been a member of the Neurological Associates’ medical team since 2008.

Brad is committed to offering patient-focused care and dedicated support. He works closely with Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Taher to ensure his patients get the best possible care.

Adrienne Nelson, PA-C
Adrienne Nelson completed her Master's in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Utah in 2020.
Adrienne currently volunteers at the Volunteer Care Clinic in Provo. She is most passionate about increasing awareness and medical breakthroughs around Parkinson's Disease. As a lifelong learner, Adrienne is drawn to Neurology because there are constant advancements in treatments and medications.

She has been a member of the Neurological Associates medical team since 2021 and speaks Spanish.

Adrienne is detail-oriented and brave in her fact-finding to provide the most thorough care possible. She works closely with Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Taher to ensure her patients get the best possible care.

Megan Sterling, PA-C
Megan Sterling completed her Master's in Physician Assistant studies from Rocky Mountain University in 2023.
She went on a mission in Calgary, Canada and previously taught English to children in Thailand. Megan enjoys traveling and is very adventurous. She loves spending time with her family, which just grew by one (Congratulations to the new mother and father from all of us!)

Megan feels Neurology is a challenge she is ready to meet and enjoys working closely with her patients. She has been a member of the Neurological Associates medical team since 2024.

David Johnson
David Johnson completed undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in 1992. He received his Master of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in San Antonio, Texas, then completed a three year residency in Electroneuromyography (EMG) at Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He went on to become the senior electroneuromyographer and then Director of Residency in EMG at the same hospital.
​
David joined the Neurological Associates team in 1999, and has performed over 20,000 EMG procedures in his career. He often travels with his medical equipment to serve smaller communities throughout the state of Utah, where EMG services are not available. His passion for helping and his unique experience allow him to benefit the lives of many people.

David is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Clinical Electrophysiology. He is a frequent guest lecturer and researcher at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.
